ABOUT VIBRATONE
Established in 2016, Vibratone Sound Studio was built from the ground up around a simple idea: to bring the design philosophy of a top professional recording room into a more accessible, artist-friendly environment.
Starting work in early 2017, every detail of the studio was meticulously planned and refined before opening its doors in 2018. Creating a space where artists feel comfortable and creative was central to the design philosophy of a studio built to produce remarkable recordings.
Because remarkable recordings are not only shaped by the equipment in the room, but by the room itself — how it sounds, how it feels, and what it brings out of the people creating inside it. At its core, Vibratone exists to inspire authentic music-making.
Adam is the founder of Vibratone Sound Studio, and the person responsible for shaping it from the ground up. Designed with acoustic principles at its core and built with a hands-on commitment to getting the details right, the space reflects his belief that great studios do more than capture performances, they bring human musical moments to life.

With a professional background in recording, sound engineering, audio branding, music production, and education, Adam leads the overall direction of the studio, helping keep every project aligned with the standards and philosophy Vibratone was built on.
OUR STORY

In 2016, Manchester’s music scene was bustling with ambitious creatives, and through countless networking events the right minds came together. Vibratone Sound Studio was born — or rather, conceived. It took nearly two more years to open its doors.
The ambition was never simply to make studio time cheaper. It was to draw the best of larger commercial studios into the independent music scene: not just in equipment, but in design thinking, atmosphere, and the quality of the recording experience itself.
Because despite what you might assume, great studios are not defined by half-million-pound analogue mixing desks. They are defined by how they make you feel when you record in them.
What was missing was a space between the top commercial studios and the converted warehouse setups that insist on calling themselves recording studios — a studio with the design philosophy of a top professional room, in a more accessible and creative environment.
Yes, the right equipment matters, but the vibe is paramount. The best recording studios know this, regardless of how much their rusted vintage microphone might fetch on the second-hand market. Vibratone was built around an understanding of the architectural envelope of the studio interior: how it shapes sound waves, how it feels to play music within it, and how it allows people to exist creatively inside its walls. This combination of elite studio design heritage in a potent, compact creative space is as rare as a Kyawthuite gemstone.
